Measuring real world battery life of your electronic device has never been easier. No more guessing!
Understanding the real battery life of a electronic device is a pain. It's especially hard when the device's current draw spans a range that is too large for typical instruments to measure continuously. This is particularly prominent in low power projects with devices that may need to last a year on battery, and where current consumption could range from sub-microamps in deep sleep to multiple amps when active.
WiSensor continuously captures current draw over an extremely wide range and provides software for deep analysis.
WiSensor gives you the confidence of knowing the real world battery life of your next electronic project. No longer would you need to guess.

How It Works
Connect to your device
Simply connect the power source (such as a benchtop power supply) to WiSensor's input sockets using standard 4mm banana leads. Connect the device under test to the output sockets.
WiSensor connects to your computer with a USB-C cable. Power is supplied from the host computer through this USB connection. When you press the record button on your computer, all voltage and current readings are saved at up to 500k samples per second.
Record and analyze on WiScope
WiScope is the included companion software compatible with Windows 10.
Use WiScope to record current and voltage signals from WiSensor, review the captured data, analyze for power usage and automatically estimate battery life.
It's fast and simple to use, taking the hassle out of battery life estimation.
Datasheet
WiSensor is a wide dynamic range power measuring instrument. With high capture rate and bandwidth, WiSensor is able to capture brief events such as a radio transmit burst, or an interrupt service routine. The wide dynamic range enables accurate continuous measurement of ultra-low sleep current as well as high current events
